Infosys Foundation USA Pathfinders Summer Institute 2025 Registration

To register for our Start with Art: STEAM Learning with Chibitronics Paper Circuits online course, you must completed ALL of the following requirements:

1. Registration Form: Submit the Google Registration Form.
2. POI Screenshot: Create an account on Pathfinders Online Institute, take a screenshot of your Welcome Page, and either EMAIL or UPLOAD the screenshot to us.
3. Scholarship Letter: Get a copy of the Scholarship Acceptance Letter signed by both you and your principal/supervisor/administrator, and either EMAIL or UPLOAD the letter to us.

Please note: Each educator can only register for ONE 2025 Pathfinders summer course. Those who apply for multiple courses will be responsible for paying for the additional courses out of pocket and no sponsorship will be provided in this case.

Requirement 1: Fill out Course Registration Form

Requirement 2: Create Pathfinders Online Institute (POI) Account

1. Go to the Pathfinders Online Institute website
2. Create an account or log in if you already have an account.
3. Once you are logged in, you should see the Welcome page which says “Hey, __, welcome to Pathfinders Online Institute” with YOUR name.
4. Take a screenshot of your welcome page that includes your name. (Need help? Learn How to Take a Screenshot)
5. Send us your screenshot:
   • Option 1: Go to this webpage and follow the directions to upload your screenshot
   • Option 2: Email the screenshot to register@chibitronics.com

Requirement 3: Scholarship Acceptance Letter

1. Download the Scholarship Acceptance Letter in either Word, PDF, or Google doc format:
   • Word Doc
   • PDF
   • Google Doc
2. Fill in the form with your information and signature, along with the signature of your principal/admin/supervisor to confirm your acceptance of the scholarship offer from Infosys Foundation USA.
   • Option 1: Fill and sign it digitally and save the signed copy
   • Option 2: Print out the form, fill in and sign the physical copy. Scan or take a photo of the letter
3. Send us your completed and signed Scholarship Letter:
   • Option 1: Go to this webpage and follow the directions to upload your Scholarship Letter
   • Option 2: Email the Scholarship Letter to register@chibitronics.com

That’s it! Your registration is complete 🙂

Once we receive all three required components, your registration will be complete:

1. Registration form
2. Pathfinders Online Institute account screenshot
3. Signed Scholarship acceptance letter

We will email back with whether you are accepted into the course and additional course information. We hope to see you this summer!
