Directions:
1. Layout the Chibitronics LED stickers and tape
a. For this card, I tried something different with the battery holder. I wanted a flat front card, so I placed the battery holder on the inside of the card and covered with the scalloped circle embellishment.
b. Stamp the Phone to the white cardstock and punch a hole in the center. This is window for the LED sticker.
c. Mark the LED placement on the cardstock layers; punch holes in the white, pink and phone layers, but not the kraft base layer.

d. Place the Chibitronics LED and copper tape on the kraft cardstock. Punch holes off to the side for the positive and negative leads. Feed the copper tape through to the inside cover of the card.

e. Attach the battery holder; you may need to use extra copper tape to ensure a strong connection.
f. Use foam dots to hold the battery in place and cover to the 2” scalloped circle.
g. Test the wiring to make sure it lights up.
h. Once the LED works, add some vellum to the back of the hole on the white paper. This helps soften the light as it shines through the card.

2. Assemble the Card
a. Adhere the white, pink and phone paper together and then glue to the kraft base.
b. Die cut 5 layers of the “friends” die cut and glue each piece together. This creates a chipboard-like look.
c. Adhere the “friend” die cut to the front of the card.
d. Stamp “hello” above friend, under the phone
e. Tie a ribbon around the tops of the card.
f. On the inside of the card, stamp “Let’s Chat” on the smaller white scalloped circle; glue this to the 2” kraft scalloped circle that is covering the battery.

3. Enjoy! Call a Friend Today.
