Introduction:
In this video tutorial, I’ll show you a way to make a floral bouquet using a pop-up structure called a Simple V-Fold. A Simple V-Fold is infinitely useful and easy to make.

Here, I’ve inverted a Simple V-Fold to hold illuminated flowers.

In the video, I’ll show you the process I use for assembling the mechanism and adding a circuit that lights up three protruding extensions. The location and orientation of the Simple V-Fold may be easily customizable, as can the decorations you add.

Templates, Circuit Diagrams, & Props
To make it easier to follow along with the video, it’s helpful to print out the templates, circuit diagrams, and props onto white cardstock.

Useful Tools & Supplies:
- Three Circuit Sticker LEDs in colors of your choice
- Conductive Fabric Tape
- Launchpad Battery
- Cardstock in colors of your choice (110 pound is ideal, but 65 pound will work)
- Scissors
- Ruler and a scoring tool (such as a stylus, bone folder, or toothpick )
- Japanese Screw Punch or a hole punching tool of your choice
- Double-sided tape
- Glue stick or an adhesive of your choice
- Printer (for printing the templates, circuit diagrams, and embellishments).
- (Optional) Art supplies of your choice
- (Optional) Chibi Stencil or Craft Stencil
