If you live in the Lauderdale Lakes (Florida) area, you’re invited to the Heart Community Resource Center on Monday, February 23, 2026 to join art educator, Felicia Brooks for a free workshop and introduction to paper circuits.
“Using watercolor, cardboard, LED light, conductive tape, and a coin battery, attendees will learn how to complete a simple circuit to illuminate a painting of a time when their need was met.”
Designed to spotlight a time when one of your needs was provided for at the perfect time, this interactive event offers participants reflective time, community, and a hands-on way to make your heart-warming stories shine.
