Directions:
1. Layout the Chibitronics LED stickers and tape
a. Die cut the blue circle frame using both dies (2.5” and 3”)
b. Die cut white circle using 2.5” die
c. Stamp sentiment using Versamark ink and emboss with Pink embossing powder and heat tool.
d. Mark off the LED placement on the white circle, pinwheel paper, yellow patterned paper, and white card base; punch holes on the circle, pinwheel and yellow paper only.  Do not punch holes on the white card base.
e. Place the Chibitronics LED and copper tape on the white cardbase.  Add a battery holder using scrap paper.  Add battery.
f. Use foam dots to hold the battery in place.
g. Test the wiring to make sure it lights up.
h. Once the LED works, add some vellum to the back of the holes on the yellow paper.  This helps soften the light as it shines through the card.

2. Assemble the Card
a. Glue the white circle and blue frame in the center of the pinwheel paper; make sure LED lights shine through.
b. Adhere the yellow and pinwheel paper to the card stock.
c. Tie baker’s twine around the top folding edge.

3. Enjoy!  Have a “wheely” fun time!
