Hey there! Kathy Ceceri here, and for this hot glue diffusion project I created a design that goes under the sea. To recreate the glowing orange and blue jellyfish floating my family saw on a long-ago visit to the New England Aquarium in Boston, I added a layer of hot glue on top of the usual translucent vellum paper to soften and diffuse the brightness of the Chibitronics LED stickers. I love the 3D effect!

You can print out my templates below or create your own design. I used a simple circuit with a basic fold-up switch. Press the pearl in the oyster shell on the front of the card to turn the lights on.

Want to make your own? Watch the video below or go to the Chibitronics YouTube channel to see my trick for smoothing out the goopy hot glue!
